One can forget some or the other important thing but not sanitizing himself/herself and wearing masks, even at home. Everybody has started washing hands in every two minutes. People are avoiding shaking hands and hugging each other. Social gatherings and family functions are also getting avoided.

But Friends! We shouldn’t breathe the air of perception. We have to understand that the precautions and awareness can only help combat coronavirus and not the Fear. NO to Panic and YES to Precautions…as Awareness kills Coronavirus
Now, it is imperative to understand ‘What is Coronavirus’?
Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large circle of relatives of viruses that causes contamination ranging from the commonplace cold to more excessive diseases which include Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain that has not been previously recognized in humans.
Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they’re transmitted among animals and people. Detailed investigations located that SARS-CoV becomes transmitted from civet cats to people and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to people. Several recognized coronaviruses are circulating in animals that have not but infected human beings.
Now another question that hits our mind is the ‘Origination of Coronavirus’?
The virus originated in bats after which jumped to humans, possibly through other animals
Soon after the Chinese government mentioned there was a plague of a mysterious new virus in overdue December in Wuhan, scientists raced to sequence its genome. By mid-January, that they had it and shared it with the World Health Organization.
Soon after that, scientists noticed that the virus closely resembled viruses that flow into bats. “If you observe the genetic collection of the virus, it’s closely related to a bat virus, approximately 96 percent the same,” Jim LeDuc, head of the Galveston National Laboratory, a level 4 biosafety lab in Texas, advised Vox. “There’s been talk about a pangolin intermediate host; that’s probably no longer true.”
Chinese officials also said that numerous of the primary cluster of cases had ties to a live animal marketplace wherein both seafood and different wildlife were sold as food. (The marketplace has considering been closed.) The market soon has become the main speculation for a way the virus made the leap into humans, wherein it’s been capable of spread efficiently ever on account that.
Apart from all this, there is something very interesting to know that the outbreak of this deadly virus was already predicted in 1981. Eventually, The American author Dean Koontz expected the coronavirus outbreak in 1981. His novel The Eyes of Darkness made a connection with a killer virus called “Wuhan-400” – eerily predicting the Chinese town wherein Covid-19 could emerge. But the similarities stop there: Wuhan-400 is defined as having a “kill‑rate” of 100%, evolved in labs outdoor the town as the “perfect” organic weapon.
An account with extra similarities, also credited by some as predicting coronavirus, is found inside the 2011 film Contagion, about an international pandemic that jumps from animals to people and spreads arbitrarily around the globe.
The common signs and symptoms of contamination consist of difficulty in breathing, fever, cough, shortness of breath. In more extreme cases, contamination can cause pneumonia, intense acute respiration syndrome, kidney failure, and even death.
However, by taking basic protecting measures in opposition to the coronavirus we can combat coronavirus by taking several precautions:
- Washing palms/hands frequently
Why? Washing your fingers with cleaning soap and water or the use of alcohol-based totally hand rub kills viruses that can be on our fingers. - Maintain social distancing
Why? When a person coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nostril or mouth which may incorporate viruses. If we are too close, we can breathe in the droplets, which include the COVID-19 virus if the man or woman coughing has the disease. - Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
Why? Hands contact many surfaces and may choose up viruses. Once contaminated, arms can switch the virus for our eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can input our body and may make us sick. - Practice breathing hygiene
Why? Droplets spread the virus. By following top respiratory hygiene we can protect the people around us from viruses which include cold, flu and COVID-19. - If we have got a fever, cough, and problem breathing, seek medical care early
Why? National and local authorities will have the most as much as date information on the situation to our area. Calling earlier will permit our fitness care company to quickly direct the patient to the right fitness facility. This will also guard and help prevent the spread of viruses and different infections. - Avoid excessive traveling
Abolish traveling across cities and countries. People should practice avoiding mass gatherings.
The stats are going high day by day, across the world, even in India around 140 cases are tested positive for Coronavirus but they are under observation and fighting against the widespread.
The ones who are infected should not feel bad either.
Those who are infected should not lose hope as it does not spread just by touching each other, it can only be caused by coming in contact with the droplets of the saliva of the suspects. So, their precautions can save a whole lot of people in their surroundings. The isolation of the patients should not bother them and make them feel alone as they are away from their family to ensure good health.
Friends this is high time as Coronavirus is on a surge and it is surviving comfortably around us so we need to be aware of everything about Coronavirus as how can we petrify and fight with this pandemic disease. We should not be frightened of the coronavirus rather we should stand strong against it.
People should be very careful and aware when such viruses are experienced around them. The only way to kill coronavirus is awareness. Fear doesn’t kill any such viruses. Though, protective measures should be taken in concern for this pandemic disease. Even if it infects then also we need not be stressed as it can be cured and many cases are recovered.
The people around, are making hype of the situation that even if someone sneezes or coughs, people get panicked and suspect the person to be a victim of coronavirus. But that should not be the case as cold or cough can’t be only because of coronavirus, it could be because of normal weather change too.
People are advised to stay home, to say off to the meetings, any social gathering, etc. The employees in the corporate world are advised to work by staying at home which is somewhere proved to be very productive in terms of maintaining good family relations. As one gets enough time to spend with the family members and nourish their emotional bonds too. Thus, we shouldn’t think negatively about the coronavirus rather we must pay heed to what best productive we can do by staying at home. Needless to say, the disease is troubling us but somehow people are managed to work on their own selves and can plan something better for their own selves.
We can fight with the widespread really well by keeping our immune system stronger. For a healthy life, we need to have a healthy body and a healthy mind.
Let’s not be afraid of the Coronavirus, it’s time to stand strong and shoo away the Coronavirus by maintaining personal hygiene and ensuring several precautions.
